| Name: Scouter Appearance:  A scouter appears as a semi-transparent colored monocle that covers the left eye, dual-eye types exist as well. The color of the monocle is one of four: Green, Blue, Purple or Red. Abilities: It reads power levels of all living organisms. The power level is given as a number without any units of measurement, the number is found by multiplying Ki Manipulation and Martial Arts Attributes together to give the wearer a way to determine opponents strength.
