1 - The first ability this weapon has is the latent power to damage a targets Ki supply, when the weapon has 5 Ki cycled through it's damage instead becomes Ki draining from the target. Damage is 15.

2 - This is the second ability of the weapon and gives it the name Paishui meaning drain, the weapon can likewise drain stamina from targets with each hit though each ability cannot be active at the same time when 5 ki is cycled through the weapon each post it begins draining stamina from the target. Damage is 15.

What damage does the Ki draining do.

And the second ability just gives more ki the user I don't like it.
